Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of aft.page and any related website, application, hosted service, integration or feature we make available. By accessing or using aft.page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use aft.page.
1. Who we are
aft.page is a static site hosting service operated as a free beta. For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
2. The service
Depending on the features offered at the time, the service may include:
- anonymous static site deployment ("drop")
- account-based deployment and site management
- claiming an anonymous site to a registered account
- inviting teammates to view or edit a site
- site preview
- MCP or OAuth-based integrations
We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, subject to applicable law.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You may only use aft.page if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us and comply with these Terms.
If you create or use an account:
- you must provide accurate information
- you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login email
- you are responsible for activity occurring under your account unless prohibited by law
- you must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
aft.page uses passwordless authentication: a magic-link email, or Sign in with Google. There is no password. Magic links are single-use and sent to your email; Google sign-in uses your verified Google email.
4. Anonymous deployments
aft.page allows anonymous deployment without account registration. Unless we state otherwise:
- anonymous deployments may be subject to separate rate, size and feature limits
- anonymous sites may be claimable to a registered account using the claim flow we provide
- unclaimed sites that are not visited or updated are permanently deleted after 30 days; claimed sites are retained
We may remove, disable or refuse anonymous deployments at any time for security, abuse prevention, legal or operational reasons.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the files, code, text, images and other content you upload to aft.page ("User Content"), subject to the rights you grant below.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the service, back up and transmit content, and comply with law or enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have all rights and permissions required to upload and publish the User Content
- the User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights
- the User Content complies with applicable law and these Terms
6. Acceptable use
You must not use aft.page:
- for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- to host or distribute malware, phishing pages, credential theft tools or other harmful material
- to infringe intellectual property or other rights
- to host unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, exploitative or otherwise prohibited content
- to interfere with, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other systems
- to bypass usage limits, authentication, security controls or technical restrictions
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict or terminate access, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Customer responsibility for hosted sites
If you publish a website through aft.page, you are responsible for:
- the content of that site
- ensuring the site complies with applicable law
- any notices, consents or policies required for your site content and any third-party technologies you include
- obtaining any permissions required for personal data, cookies or other tracking technologies used by your site
Where aft.page itself provides platform-level functionality, we remain responsible for our own processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and support
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose
- we may perform maintenance, security updates or service modifications at any time
9. Paid plans
aft.page is currently free. If we introduce paid plans in the future, additional billing terms will apply and will be presented before you are charged.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in aft.page, including the software, branding, design and documentation we provide, other than User Content. Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works from aft.page.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal data and use cookies. By using aft.page, you acknowledge that such processing will occur in accordance with those documents and applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or restrict the service if:
- you breach these Terms
- we are required to do so by law
- your use creates security, legal or operational risk
- we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or unauthorized activity
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account, sites or email address.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- aft.page is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory
- we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement
- we do not warrant that backups, restores, retention or recovery of User Content will always be available
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Because aft.page is currently provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of aft.page after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
